NMI utilizes the following equipment:

  • High definition plasma cutting table, AKS Cutting System w/Hypertherm power source, 8′ x 20′ bed, 3″ maximum cut thickness. Installed in 2022.

  • Cincinnati 175 Ton press break, 12′ long bed.
  • Plate roller, 3-roll, 8′ wide x 7/16″ material. Thicker material of less width can be rolled.
  • Bandsaw, horizontal, 12″ throat, Marvel.

  • Robotic welding cell, Miller/Panasonic.

  • Numerous multi-process welders, 200 – 500 amp rated, both boom and cart mounted.
  • Numerous overhead cranes, jibs, & forklifts.
  • Finishing operations include an open face paint booth, powder coat line, and blasting operations.
